Job Description

About the Company:

DOPPCALL is a pay-per-call affiliate network that provides marketing solutions for global companies, primarily in the USA. Our main objective is to generate customer phone calls from search, social media ads, and telemarketing, and route them to our clients' call centers. We also have affiliate publishers who help us generate inbound calls, which we sell to our clients.


  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Native Ads.
  • Create and implement effective pay per call marketing strategies to generate high-quality inbound calls for our different campaigns such as Insurance, Travel, Legal, Mass Torts, Home Services and Debt Settlement.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Create compelling ad copy, design image ads, and/or produce video ads to engage target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
  • Train team members in running successful call ad campaigns. 
  • Create call ads video tutorials for our publishers. 
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and performance reports.



  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media buying, with a focus on pay per call marketing.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Buyer or in a similar role, specifically within the industries of Insurance, Legal, Mass Torts, Travel, Home Services, or Debt Settlement.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Native Ads.
  • Experience in creating and implementing successful pay per call marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm Easter Standard Time (UTC-5)


Employment Status:

  • Full-time (Remote)
  • Monday to Friday (2 days off per week)
  • 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5)
